"Beautiful Dive Site "

Reviewed Dec. 14, 2017

Playa Lagun is a lovely beach on the western side of Curacao that is popular amoungst divers, snorkelers, fishermen and locals. The rocky cliffs of the lagun are long and narrow forming a unique channel out to the open Caribbean Sea. The lagun itself provides homes for a huge variety of reef fish, and a great place for turtles to hang out, hoping for a tit-bit from the fishermen’s catches. But wait... swim out to the drop off at the end of the channel and discover a healthy, vibrant reef that is covered in corals, large sponges and stunning colours that will leave you breathless!
