Grote Knip, Curacao
We arrived mid morning and the parking lot was completely full. There were also two tour busses there. Beautiful spot but it’s a popular beach so best to get there early. We decided to back track and go to Kleine Knip instead. Kleine Knip was less busy and we had no problem finding parking and a spot on the beach.... Show More Feb. 28, 2026

You can access the wall with a short swim from Blue Bay beach. Lots of life on the wall and nice corals. We did have come current so be mindful what direction to start your dive. We saw eels, and a large queen angel fish.... Show More Jan. 29, 2026

This site stays shallow and requires a fairly long swim out. Our dive lasted over 40 minutes, and the deepest we reached was 26 feet. Despite the depth, there’s plenty to explore. I spotted an octopus in the rocks on the swim out, and during the dive we saw eels, butterflyfish, and a turtle. It’s a calm, easy dive and also a great spot for snorkeling. The Tugboat rests in about 20 feet of water, covered in colorful growth that makes the wreck a fascinating sight. It’s a popular spot, so expect snorkelers sharing the area.
