If you desire a return, please contact us here with your order number and reason for the return. Returns will only be initiated because of damaged, defective, or incorrect goods. TheScubaDirectory will provide a replacement order at no cost to the customer.

Shipping costs for returns within 60 days of purchase will be covered by TheScubaDirectory. Shipping costs for returns after 60 days from the purchase date will be the responsibility of the customer. Replacement orders will be processed within 14 days after the product has been returned.
