ScubaLuis, Cozumel

I had a fantastic day scuba diving in Cozumel with ScubaLuis and friends! Having lived in Cozumel for almost 8 years and diving with at least a dozen dive operations here and twice as many dive guides, I can honestly say that Luis is my favorite divemaster. He has this incredible knack for finding all sorts of creatures big and very, very small. I'm always amazed by his ability to see things like turtles, sharks, and rays way off in the distance so that he can get the group to them without struggling against the current. He has a sense of humor underwater as well. There are never more than 6 divers on their fast boat. Everyone gets max bottom time regardless of their experience level. Divers get to choose the dive sites. In a week of diving, I never had to go back to the same reef twice! Luis had dry towels for us after the dives, plenty of cold water & soft drinks with cookies, fresh fruit & stuffed bread for the surface interval.
