Fathom Five Divers, Kauai

Didn't know anything about diving 6 weeks before my trip to Kauai, and thanks to Fathom Five Divers I am now certified and a much more confident diver in the open ocean. It was a short but informative conversation with Samantha that led to the initial reservation. after having my basic questions answered I paid for the E-learning and prepared for my certification experience weeks before arriving. When I arrived on Kauai I was given a pre-dive check-in by the staff to make sure all questions were answered and point out where I was going to meet them for initial waivers. The in-office staff was kind and patient as I took care of the required docs. After the docs were taken care of I met with Jeannette who was my instructor for the rest of the course. She ran the meetings like a well-oiled operation... Very educated and informative. After the confined dives and the open-water dives, I was a much more confident and comfortable diver.
