TheScubaDirectory cannot be held responsible for injury, death or financial loss caused by actions directly or indirectly related to content on the Website. We cannot ensure the accuracy of the listed dive sites and dive shops as this content is mostly contributed by our members.


  • Account Responsibilities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You approve to immediately notify TheScubaDirectory of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use of your Account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

  • Subject to these Terms, TheScubaDirectory grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access the Website solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.
  • Certain Restrictions.
