Dive sites added for Bali

🌴 Bali Indonesia is a popular destination for scuba divers offering diverse underwater landscapes, vibrant coral reefs, and a rich marine biodiversity. Known for its warm waters and stunning dive sites, Bali provides excellent diving opportunities for divers of all levels.

🐠 Divers will encounter a vast array of marine species including reef fish, turtles, sharks, manta rays, and sometimes even sunfish during the right season. The vibrant coral reefs have a wide range of colors making for captivating underwater scenery and amazing underwater photography.

🌋 Bali is also known for its muck diving. The black volcanic sand found in some areas such as Tulamben and Pemuteran is an ideal habitat for unique critters and macro marine life. Divers can spot rare creatures like mimic octopuses, ghost pipefish, seahorses, and various nudibranch species.

LEFEET’s new underwater scooter has been making waves with its new Kickstarter campaign. The new P1 version was designed with modularity in mind and weighs less than 5 pounds (2.3kg).

The P1 boasts a ride time of about 60 - 90 minutes (depending on battery size) and a top speed of 5.1mph/8.21kph. The innovative design offers a streamlined user experience from its easy “no tool” assembly to its use underwater. The scooter can be easily disassembled to limit the space required for travel and the battery is TSA-approved so you can pack it in your carry-on luggage.

Diveheart is a nonprofit organization that provides educational scuba diving programs to any child, adult or veteran with a disability. With adaptive scuba and scuba therapy, Diveheart’s goal is to build confidence, independence and self-esteem with their participants.

The organization is setting out to build a new facility that will be the deepest pool in the United States and the world’s deepest warm water therapy pool. Located in North Chicago, the pool and facility will be committed to sustainability, employing a net-zero approach for minimal environmental impact.

With a depth of 130 feet (40 meters), the main diving pool will offer a confined, warm water environment where participants can experience the benefits of deep-water diving.
