They have a nice store with all the gear you might need. The staff were friendly and helpful in their store. We went on the Manta Ray night dive with Jacks. My experience wasn't great, I felt like I was simply a passenger on a theme park ride. They didn't have the personal feel that a lot of other smaller dive operators have. The Manta Ray dive its self was a big cluster. Probably 60+ divers in the water shinning there lights everywhere and bumping into each other. I saw Mantas so that was great, but it felt more like watching lions at the circus instead of watching an animal in its natural habitat. At the end of the night dive our dive master skipped the safety stop and laughed about it when I questioned him on the surface. We have dove with this shop on a few different trips. On the boat the crew is good and the dive masters know there stuff. Nice warm water shower on the boat. We did the Manta Ray dive with them and it was a great experience.
We also did some shore diving with them, they had site maps of a few of the sites that helped out with planning the dive. They also would let you know what the ocean conditions would be like at the dive sites.
