Punta Dalila, Cozumel
I've been here a handful of times over the years and have always seen a good variety of life. On my most recent dive, I saw reef shark, adult spotted drumfish (in a swim through), large green turtle, pufferfish, toadfish, tons of angelfish... Show More Jun. 24, 2025

Santa Rosa Wall, Cozumel
I've been here a handful of times over the years. The wall itself has more in the way of coral and sponges than other type of marine life. But there are fun swim throughs and lots more life up on top.... Show More Jun. 24, 2025

The Frederiksted Pier, St Croix
I did both an afternoon dive and a night dive here and both were spectacular. On the afternoon dive, I saw: (2) seahorse, frogfish, octopus, peacock flounder, lobster, eel. On the night dive: frogfish, seahorse, lionfish white eel, lobster, crab, spiny crab, tons of turtles, sea hare, stingray, sea stars.... Show More Jun. 24, 2025

Ecologic Divers, San Pedro
I was in Belize for 5 days of diving. I was supposed to dive with Ecologic Divers days 1, 2, 3 and 5. The first 3 days were ok, nothing special. But then they canceled the last day without notifying me. I sat outside their shop waiting for someone to show up. Fortunately, the shop that I'd dived with the day before was able to squeeze me in on their boat so I didn't miss out on my last day of diving. I would not recommend them due to that issue.... Esmeralda Canyons, San Pedro
Visibility was a lot poorer than what I was used to elsewhere in the Caribbean, but we still saw lots of marine life. Remora, moray eels, hawksbill turtle, spotted drum fish, and both nurse and reef sharks.... Show More Jun. 23, 2025

Dove here after the Blue Hole and it totally made up for the lack of life at the hole. Lots of reef sharks. Saw a spotted eagle ray, barracuda, filefish, grouper.... Show More Jun. 23, 2025

The Great Blue Hole, Lighthouse Reef
This is one of those bucket list dives that people do just to have the experience and for the bragging rights. I maxed at 134'. The drop is amazingly quick. It took about 6 minutes to get down to that depth, we hung out for about 6 minutes, and then slowly ascended. The total dive time was 30 minutes. The stalactites at the bottom were interesting. Sadly, no sharks. As long as you consider the 2 hr boat ride as part of the whole experience it doesn't seem as much of a waste. The other 2 sites we visited were definitely more interesting.... Amigos Del Mar, San Pedro
I did the Blue Hole excursion with them and then they were kind enough to take me on last minute the next day when my original dive shop "lost" my reservation. I've crossed Belize off my bucket list, but if I were to ever go back, I'd start with them.... Show More Jun. 23, 2025

St. Croix Ultimate Bluewater Adventures, Christiansted
Excellent experience with this shop. I mostly dove from the Christiansted harbor but I did day out of Frederiksted (2 morning boat dives and the pier in the afternoon) plus a night dive off the pier. The night dive was amazing. Tons of elusive critters. The employees were helpful, friendly, and fun. I've crossed St. Croix off my bucket list but if I were to ever go back, I'd definitely go with them.... Show More Jun. 23, 2025
