Brockville Adventure Centre, Brockville
The team at Brockville Adventure Centre are among the most passionate, professional dive operators I have had the pleasure to dive with. Whether joining as a walk-on, or as part of a group charter, the captains and crew take excellent care of every diver, to ensure everyone has the best experience possible. Their extensive experience with the local conditions gives them unique insights that other operators would miss, and let us adjust plans to avoid poor visibility conditions or excessive current. Over the years, I've sailed with several operators to dive the wrecks in Brockville and Rockport, but Brockville Adventure Centre has been hands down the best. The staff go out of their way to treat you well, whether you're on one of their boats, or if you're just in town for some shore dives. Even if you're diving from another vessel and are in need of a fill, the atmosphere in the shop is always the same; welcoming and professional. Brockville Adventure Centre is what all dive shops and operators should aspire to.... Show More Sep. 3, 2025

Kinghorn (Wreck), Rockport
Really outstanding dive site. The hull and part of the decking are intact, making an interesting site to swim through, while still having a clear surface access. It is possible to get turned around and disoriented a bit while exploring. Good dive with a gentle current.... Show More May. 26, 2025

Ash Island Barge, Rockport
Really nice drift dive option for this dive. There is also the option to go down the line. The barge descends away starting at ~90 ft. Not much to see if you're not Deep or Tech rated.... Show More May. 26, 2025

Muscallonge (Wreck), Brockville
Current was really strong when we did this dive. Had to pick our shelter to avoid getting blown off and drifting down the channel. Not as much to see as many of the other dive sites in the area.... Show More May. 26, 2025

Wreck of the Robert Gaskin, Ottawa
Pretty stiff current on the day we visited, but the wreck was accessible. The descent line was really important. We had some shore divers with DPVs visit the wreck and kick up a bunch of silt, obscuring much of the interesting features. Unfortunately the current on the bottom wasn't enough to clear the silt quickly. Interesting dive spot right around the 60ft OWD limit makes it a hot spot for beginner groups.... Santa Rosa Wall, Cozumel
Excellent drift. Current is variable on this location depending on reef structure and distance from the wall. Keep an eye on your depth & stay close to your DM. Most of the sea life is found close to the reef, but this location also has some significant life swimming along off the wall, so keep an eye on the open side as well.... Show More Sep. 8, 2024

America Barge Wreck, Rockport
Really interesting barge wreck with some tight swim-throughs underneath. Not for the faint of heart. The wreck itself sits in an active shipping channel, requiring a bit of a swim to and from. Keep track of your turns on the way so you get back to the correct mooring.... Show More Sep. 6, 2024

Keystorm Wreck, Rockport
Large & intact wreck to explore. Plenty to see at different depths. Connected holds to swim through. Gentle current to be aware of, but not enough to require a fight. Recommend be early off the boat; sediment gets stirred up easily by wayward fin-kicks.... Show More Sep. 6, 2024

Wreck dive in a stiff current with a mandatory drift to exit. Important to listen to the briefing, especially the info on the exit point for the drift, or you will miss it.... Show More Sep. 6, 2024
