Amazing spot for a night dive! We saw an octopus and a turtle sleeping. Just incredible!!!

Easy entry and easy navigation as you can just follow the structure throughout the dive. There is lots of life and fish who have made the pier their home. Iconic dive site on Bonaire.

A nice dive site with god entry. It can be a little busy mid morning, we did several dives here, good structure from the Pier makes a nice habitat for fish, turtles, squid, eels , peacock flounders in the flats.
We also did several night dives here. Out in the deep water there was not much to see, but a great dive in the shallows.... Show More

Did this as a night dive. Easy to navigate - swim under the pier out to the far main structure. Far more interesting activity in the shallows than deeper. Stick to 30' or less and enjoy a long dive!

Salt Pier is always a nice dive. Relatively easy entry, longish swim-out but very much worth the time. Always see an abundance of Queen Angels, Barracudas, eels, etc. The only negative is that it's probably the most visited site on the island so expect a lot of divers of varied experience in the water with you.... Easy Entry , you can't dive there if a ship is in. All of the structures in the water make for good diversity. We saw something of almost everything. The drop off is on the ocean side of the pier probably down to 100 or more feet . Our Max depth was 80 feet. Water temp 82 F ... Show More

This is an interesting dive - some beautiful vistas of the coral and fish among the dock piers. Barracuda, turtles, lots of eels. Another must-do!

Keep an eye out for turtles on the swim out to the Pier! The reef isn’t as spectacular as the other sites on Bonaire but this site hosts a large variety of different marine life. We saw Queen Angels, Spotted Drums, Eels, and Barracuda to name a few. Note that this is a very popular dive site on Bonaire.... Show More

This is a 10 minute drive from town, easy access into the water, and lots of parking. Best to go early afternoon or when cruise ships are not in. Lots of life under the pier but you can see some old damage from the salt industry equipment.... Show More
